Are you an experienced people leader in a Contact Centre environment looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a team of Customer Care experts providing operational guidance and leadership while always ensuring a positive client experience with efficiency and engagement.  

Would you like to lead a high performing inbound Contact Centre customer service team who pride themselves on quality conversations?

What will I be doing?
  • You will lead and grow a team of highly skilled individuals, coaching them to high performance and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.
  • You will build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members alike and maintain a high quality and motivational work environment.
  • You will have awareness of company financials and be able to reduce and minimise loss within your team.
  • Provide on-going training and development to your expert care team
  • Act as an escalation point for client disputes and resolve appropriately in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the business 
  • Review and manage team performance 
  
What do I need to be successful?

You're someone who wants to work with, develop and grow team members. You are a natural leader and can coach in real-time. You can deal with escalations easily and lead by example.
  • Previous Customer Service Team Leader, 2IC or Manager experience is essential
  • Insurance claims experience will be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a level of self-awareness as well as those around you.
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
