The role
Newly created due to growth, this is a true Generalist HR role. The perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to take a step up, or a Senior HR Advisor wanting a clear progression plan into a management role.
There are 80 core team members on-site and over 1200 contractors across the Victorian region.
This role encompasses all facets of HR with a specific focus on professional development for both permanent and contract employers. You will look after internal recruitment processes, compliance across workplace safety and employee wellbeing and champion adherence to internal HR policies and procedures.
  
Key requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role as well as the relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the NDIS or DHHS industry is highly desired
  • Strong communication and consultation capabilities as well as the ability to establish rapport and credibility with internal stakeholders
  • A people and customer-first approach
  • Strong change management skills and the ability to adapt to fluid environments
