The Role 

NO COLD CALLING! - This role will see you contact prospective students who have filled already reached out to discuss their needs. You will then nurture the relationship, and support the potential client in making a study decision that with forge their future.

To be successful in the role, you will have a genuine interest in customer relations, as with each call you will do a deep dive into the customer and their needs, to find out how they can best be supported.

The customers you will be speaking with will be overseas (New Zealand) so your hours of work will be 6.00 am – 2.30 pm (make the most of daylight savings!) Monday to Friday.

You can take your time having lengthy and influential conversations with prospective students and help change their life with a suitable study solution.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a sales role is a must! Perhaps you have worked in Outbound Sales and you're ready to move into something warmer. 
  • If you have phone-based experience then we really want to chat with you
  • You have a growth mindset! You're not just driven by money, but also driven by the opportunity to grow and develop your career 
  • You're a solid communicator, have good interpersonal skills and you know what it takes to provide next level customer service!
