You will be joining a company who are rapidly becoming the number 1 moving business in Australia. Based in bright, modern offices in the Docklands, these guys help Australians with the transition of utilities into their new home. You will be speaking with customers and offering advice & support whilst they make that big move.
The Role:
This is a full-time permanent position - security and stability! The hours vary from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday with some Saturday work between 8am - 1pm.
While you are in this position, you will be making warm calls to customers assisting them with the connection of their utilities prior to them moving into their new house! This is an exciting and sometimes daunting process for customers so your empathy and customer centric approach will be invaluable!
With a salary package of $58,000 inc. with 80% of employees taking atleast $2K+ in commision a month - OTE of $82K! With huge progression opportunities, 2 months of in depeth training, this is the perfect role to take your customer service skills into the call centre space.
There are multiple positions available due to a recent company merger with a 22 February start date.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales position, this can include Retail or a contact centre position
- Fluent in a second language, ideally Mandarin/Cantonese (highly regarded, not mandatory)
- A team player & build rapport easily
- A willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
