The successful consultant will be working alongside the marketing, sales and customer service department as a bit of an all-rounder. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails and webchat leads, qualifying enquiries, providing product knowledge and managing their CRM system - Salesforce. This is a warm phone-based sales position where you will be provided not only support and guidance but hot leads.
The ideal candidate will have both sales and contact centre experience and be someone who is intuitive and resilient. You will be comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life and pride yourself on your communication skills.
**experience with Salesforce is highly regarded**
This is a 6-month temporary assignment starting on the 1st of February 2021.
