The Role:
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to commence ASAP. The role entails dealing with home owners & small businesses here in Australia. Day to day duties will include dealing with inquiries over the phone & email & assisting in securing sales with more senior Sales Consultants.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a real estate and/or hotels & hospitality background! With full training provided on product knowledge & securing a sale - we are looking for someone professional, well presented & with excellent communication skills. 

If you come from a retail, fashion, interior design, wellness/fitness & real estate background you would be perfect for this role!

A key part of this role is having great customer service, good time management and driven to learn and thrive. You relish working in a team and can get along with different personalities. 

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Assist to answer inquiries via email and telephone to existing customers within 24 hours
  • Maintain and build relationship with existing customers for sales expansion
  • Follow up with existing customers quarterly
  • Monitor budgets
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM
  • Must adhere to sales policies and work together towards the company’s strategic direction
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
  • Experience in a customer service role is essential!
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Business, marketing or related professional qualification highly regarded
