Due to experiencing astonishing growth across the region, our client in the ICT space & are on the hunt for a B2B Sales and Relationships champion to join their Asia Pacific sales team. This is a warm outbound contact centre sales position, looking after our Australian and New Zealand customer portfolio

With a full-time salary of 50K-60K + super + bonuses & a city fringe location, this exciting new opportunity is perfect for those professionals with a bit of sales flare and a competitive edge, looking for a fun and diverse role! Training is provided & there is a genuine focus on enabling further career development. Great hours are on offer (Monday to Friday rotational roster 7.30am to 6:00pm) with no late nights or weekend work! 


The role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be a part of the larger Asia Pacific sales team, driving the development and expansion of the Australia & NZ markets, selling software to both new and existing customers with a strong focus on outbound sales to existing customer increasing their product holdings.
You will find opportunities, actively contact potential and existing customers and convert to opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell by providing solutions that solve customer IT challenges.
Data collection and entry using a Relationship Management (CRM) is vitally important as well as leveraging CRM insights and sales history to enhance Customer rapport and provide account-specific sales solutions.
All of this is required whilst delivering a best-in-class experience to customers throughout the entire business and sales strategy implementation.

What do we need?
  • Strong business acumen with business level fluency in English and in-depth understanding of the Australian geography.
  • Proven sales experience in phone-based or B2B sales, directly servicing the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Experience working with IT support helpdesks, System Integrators, or similar IT service delivery organisations is an advantage although not essential
  • Motivation to drive success and meet sales targets while being a team-player will see you be successful in this role
  • Resilience is going to be key for you in this role and not being afraid of a NO, but a willingness to keep going.
  • Right to work in Australia is essential.
