Job description

A culture that is second to none and a team that are committed to being the best in the business. This team does things differently, they always have and so should you.

Have you ever wondered who is doing those great promotions you see, that outstanding loyalty program you’re a part of OR who designs, creates and supplies the POS magic for cinemas world wide? Have you also wanted to be involved in helping people in communities who need help?

That's part what this team does!

Just as brands are ensured to be seen, heard and remembered so too are this agency's team members & what they do.

A purpose driven business with values developed by the team and a culture that defies the usual agency stereotype of Ego's and late nights consistently places the company in the Top 10 best places to work.

This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases.

The role

Your new role will see you provide assistance to internal stakeholders and work behind the scenes on reward and loyalty campaigns for a range of clients. From ordering supplies, updating reward ranges and trouble shooting when items become discontinued or delayed, you will be the go to person for all supply management!

You will be a natural when it comes to managing end to end projects and work well to timelines and prioritising work loads. You are detail focused and have a keen eye for process improvement.

Key requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an inventory or B2B rewards role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to really own a process and make it your own
  • You are passionate, motivated and have a strong sense of initiative
