SMAART Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia's largest privately-owned companies, a company that specialises in precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium. They take it from the mine straight to retail and supply some of the biggest "High St" Jewellery companies that we all know and love.
Due to an expanding wholesale division, they now need the assistance of a switched on, smart and well-presented Retail Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for all clients that come to their showroom.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be helping a range of different clients, from companies and jewellers who have been buying for decades to budding investors wanting to get involved with investing in precious metals and everyone in between.
About this position:
Greet and welcome every customer in the store
Actively listen to the wants and needs of the client
Give expert product advice
Manage existing relationships to make sure they stay lifelong customers, Create new relationships so they can be to
Monday to Friday position 8:30am - 5:00pm
Full-time permanent position
$55,000 - $65,000 + Super, base salary
