The role and company

Working as part of a larger admin team and reporting into the General Manager you will be the face of the business; the first friendly face clients will see when they walk through the door and the voice over the phones. This is a pure reception role but also has a significant admin component so high attention to detail and organisation will be imperative to your success in the position.

These guys are an Adelaide based OT (Occupational Therapy) practice, and are looking for a friendly, organised, diligent and fun receptionist to join their growing team. They strive to make every customer interaction a memorable one and genuinely thrive in making a difference and changing the lives of children.

The General Manager described the business to me as a “nice place to be” with a team who genuinely cares about each other, this growing business is like one big family working together to change the lives of others!
What do we need from you?
  • To be successful you will have proven reception and administration experience and be a fun and warm person who loves to connect with others.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills with both adults and children, and be organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • You can work autonomously whilst also supporting and working alongside the larger administration team. 
  • You will have fast and accurate data entry skills, high computer literacy as well as strong attention to detail. 
  • Previous experience within specialised medical clinics would be favourable but not essential. 
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:45am and 5:00pm, however there can be some flexibility here for family commitments if needed. 
Due to the nature of the role being across two sites, it is going to be highly advantageous to have a driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
