The role and company

Working for OTFC (Occupational Therapy For Children) you will be the face of the business; the first friendly face clients will see when they walk through the door and the voice over the phones. This is a pure reception and customer service role with an admin component so attention to detail and organisation will be imperative to your success in the position.

This role is Full time working 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. However, there can be some flexibility here for family commitments if needed.

What do we need from you?
  • To be successful you will have proven customer service and administration experience and be a fun and warm person who loves to connect with others.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills with both adults and children, and be organised and efficient with the ability to multi-task.
  • You can work autonomously whilst also supporting and working alongside the larger administration team and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Adaptable – Must be able to adjust to changing work requirement and also flexible to work at additional locations if required.
  • You will have fast and accurate data entry skills and a strong attention to detail.
