This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases. 
  
The role
  
Your new role will see you work with internal teams and clients to implement and manage digital loyalty, incentive and B2B programs for a portfolio of clients. 

Your role has a real focus on project management as you collaborate with each programs Account Manager/Director and the teams that bring it to life. You ensure that all necessary deliverables are completed including data management, content and communications, platform functionality and reporting. 

Our ideal candidate 

You're someone who has meticulous organisation skills, a high level of attention to detail, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You may have ran end to end projects in the past or perhaps you're wanting to move out of a client facing project role and get behind the scenes a little more. 

Key requirements 
  • Previous experience managing and executing end to end projects – exposure to loyalty & rewards is a must!
  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to draw insights from data is key!
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all different levels and the confidence to head up projects
  • A willingness to embrace and adapt to changing and moving environments
