Our client boasts 15 years of success in the packaging industry! With a loyal team, their attrition rate is close to zero. They have a small yet dynamic and fast-paced team and are looking for a Customer Relations professional to join them for an ASAP start. 

About the position: 

It will be fast-paced and very diversified! Duties include but are not limited to: 
  • Processing orders/sales by way of phone, email, and fax 
  • Day to day coordination of Sales Reps on the road 
  • Purchasing stock 
  • Assisting Accounts and Invoicing 
  • Processing credit card payments 
  • Ad-hoc administration, filing etc 
  • Using MYOB so you must be experienced in this!
About you: 

You have a great attitude and below that there is no job to large or small. You are used to a quick pace and love the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks. 
  • Minimum 2 years in a Customer Service or Admin position 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as be a team player 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written 
  • MYOB experience
Specifics of the position: 
  • South-West Suburbs 
  • On-site parking 
  • $50-55k + Super dependent on experience 
  • Hours of Mon - Friday 8am-4.30pm 
  • No weekend work! 
  • Immediate Interview, ASAP start date!
