This is a permanent role that is currently 0.8 FTE with the scope to grow to full time hours as Melbourne's restriction eases. 

The role

Your new role will see you provide assistance to internal stakeholders and work assisting with the daily ordering and supplier management for a range of programs. You will source new rewards, incentive and loyalty programs and provide assistance managing the online platforms where required.

You will be a natural when it comes to managing end to end projects and work well to timelines and prioritising work loads. You are detail focused and have a keen eye for process improvement. 

Key requirements 

  • Exposure to B2B loyalty, reward and incentive programs 
  • 2+ years experience in a sales support role ideally within inventory
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to really own a process and make it your own 
  • You are passionate, motivated and have a strong sense of initiative
