About the company and position:

Our client is experiencing astonishing growth across the APAC region specifically in the ICT space, they are on the hunt for a Lead Generation and Relationships gun to join their sales team.
  
This is an outbound Sales position reporting to the Director of Sales, looking after converting both warm and cold leads into conversations for the Australian and New Zealand mid-market and Enterprise Sales teams. 

With a full-time salary + uncapped commission structure, this exciting new opportunity is perfect for those sales professionals with the ability to build fast relationships and who have a competitive edge. Data collection and entry using Relationship Management (CRM) is vitally important, leverage your CRM insights with sales history to enhance customer rapport. You will also provide account-specific sales solutions and leads to the senior sales team.


To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Previous B2B or B2C phone-based sales experience servicing AU and/or NZ markets
  • Experience within the technology / IT sector is highly regarded but not essential
  • Motivation to drive success and meet sales targets while being a team-player will see you be successful in this role.
  • Resilience is going to be key for you in this role and not being afraid of a NO, but a willingness to keep going.
  • Right to work in Australia is essential.
  • Up-selling / Cross-selling experience
  • Must have Australian Working Rights!
