We are excited to be recruiting for a company that boasts 20 years success in Australia with 10 lines of products in Bunnings! This is a very unique opportunity to join an established business as their National Bunnings Account Manager with a focus on product development.

  • Salary based on experience between $140 - 160K + Super + Bonuses 
  • Flexible working arrangement - but due to client needs, must be able to work from their South Eastern office 3 day minimum
About the position:

This is an integral position within the team. The overall objective of the role is to not only promote sales within Bunnings but to identify gaps in our products/market and develop products that fit that gap. There will also be a strong relationship focus, as well as training team members on how to best pitch and use the products, reporting, monitoring and performance management of agents who deal directly with our customers. 
  • There will be some travel required as necessary, with a monthly trip either to New Zealand or to WA, depending on requirements.
To be successful in this position you will need to; 

Have a mature mind and the confidence/skills to work autonomously. You can develop long term strategic plans, roll them out and be an affable person who can build lasting relationships. You not only have experience with Bunnings but you also are a person that they hold in high regard and have a reputation of being ethical and having integrity in your dealings. 
  • Minimum 5 years experience dealing with Bunnings, whether employed directly, as an Account Manager or something similar  
  • Have experience/exposure with Product Development 
  • Experience working as a Senior Account Manager in a national capacity
