Salary Package of circa $70,000

YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Junior Account Manager role is an integral position that provides professional support to the Senior Account Manager in turn ensuring the upmost customer service output for our clients key accounts.  

Under the guidance of the Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for liaising with all departments on client related matters that will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships to reach business objectives.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- With the support from the Senior Account Manager aid in the management of clients and the day-to-day management of their campaigns
- Maintain and build professional relationships with all clients and external stakeholders
- Manage the ongoing planning and administration of client
- To support the  on-boarding of new clients
- Liaise with internal departments regarding client and/or donor enquiries, donor investigations, complaints handling
- Liaise with third party supplies pertaining to orders, deliverables and SOH reports
- Other tasks as reasonably requested from time to time by the Senior Account Manager or General Manager

 ABOUT YOU:
- |You are customer-centric and have the ability to build great long lasting relationships
- Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written
- High ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple and often conflicting deadlines
- Motivated and driven to learn and grow in a Senior Account Managers role
- Not for Profit/Fundraising knowledge would be looked upon favorably however not essential.
