Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Demand Generation to join a fast-growing SaaS company with a global presence.

Their Salon Software powers over 7,000 hair and beauty salons across the world and with continuous growth, their aim is to capture 25% of the international market. The system touches every point of the salon experience from marketing to online bookings.

As a key member of the Marketing leadership team, you will lead the entire demand generation function in the Australian region with a scope to expand into Asia. As an expert in Digital Marketing, you will develop campaigns, mange budgets and ensure successful business outcomes.

This is a full time, permanent role located in Brisbane’s beautiful New Farm suburb with a competitive salary package.

The Role
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategy to drive market awareness, capture interest and build and pipeline across prospects and customers.
  • Be an expert within your region and the spokesperson for Australia amongst the global marketing team.
  • Work and collaborate with Head of Demand Generation in other markets to share learning and best practices.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand generation campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and partner with operations teams to identify where sales and marketing technologies present an opportunity to increase effectiveness.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Balance lead volume and quality, return on Marketing Spend and meet budget.
About You
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Digital Growth Marketing role.
  • Digitally aware with a proven track record in strategy, forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Highly proficient in evaluating demand channels’ performance through quantitative analysis to determine appropriate changes in the marketing mix.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Confident in speaking in front of large audiences as well as smaller groups.
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • BA/BSc in Marketing or Business.
