We are seeking a well presented, enthusiastic, self-driven professional to be part of a busy and award-winning real estate agency based in Ferntree Gully. As a front of house receptionist, you will take centre stage representing the agency and will be the first point of contact for clients. This role requires exceptional customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond!
You will be working full-time hours and in return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a salary of between $50,000 - $60,000 + Super + Yearly bonus for hard work across the year. There is complementary parking available for the successful candidate. For this role, you MUST hold a valid drivers license and have your own vehicle. An agent’s representation certificate or prior real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
Your role on a day-to-day basis will involve the management of the front of house experience. You will be handling a high volume of phone calls and be dealing with walk in enquires. In addition to general administration duties, you will be responsible for the preparation of contracts and the opportunity to assist in rental enquires and the management of the sales and availabilities list.
