We are on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Facilities Manager who will oversee the building operations and maintenance of various commercial and industrial properties across the Adelaide area.

This rare and exciting position will see you working for an SA owned business that’s nearly 20 years young, they are an independent property advisory, investment and asset management company specialising in commercial property.

Once you are in the role, you will:

  • Oversee the presentation and maintenance of various properties ensuring physical operation is maintained

  • Supervise all service and maintenance contractors to ensure highest efficiency of plant operation

  • Monitor all maintenance works including attendance to tenant service requests

  • Ensure WHS and compliance obligations are met for all sites and services including fire, lifts, mechanical and electrical

  • Review existing services and maintenance arrangements and re-tender if required

  • Assist with the development of capital works programmes and undertaking special projects as required
