The role and company

This rapidly growing, fresh and innovative Adelaide based OT (Occupational Therapy) practice are looking for a friendly, organised, diligent and fun EA/Office Manager to join their growing team and run the day to day back-office operations.
This business is all about striving to make every customer interaction a memorable one and they genuinely thrive in being able to change the lives of children.

Reporting to the GM of Operations, you will use your exemplary leadership and coordination skills to oversee the day to day running of the administration team as well as providing Executive support.

This position is a critical role providing high level support to the MD in order to manage multiple tasks and liaise with a range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will show not only leadership capabilities and be able to work autonomously but also possess strong decision-making and communication skills.

Key responsibilities
  • Taking control and facilitation of the day to the day administration office
  • Assisting the GM in required admin and project tasks and maintaining communication with a range of stakeholders across different organisational levels;
  • Conducting project support tasks including marketing, reporting and presentation preparation as well as document review and collation
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional support with respect to sensitive business matters.
  • Managing the GM’s schedule, emails and telephone calls in an accurate, proactive and efficient manner
  • Coordinating and organising internal and external meetings, conferences, travel bookings and expenses.
What do we need from you?
  • Most importantly as well as possessing all of the below key attributes, you still like to have fun and enjoy connecting with and getting the best out of others. 
  • You are an organised and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated experience supporting Executive roles.
  • You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, project and people management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • You have the ability to show initiative, establish positive relationships and build rapport with staff at all levels.
  • You possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of business administration understanding including administrative processes and procedures.
