The Position & Company

With 200+ employees, you will be joining an industry-leading software company that prides itself on changing lives and having a genuine impact on the social services industry. 
We are on the hunt for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with extensive sales and leadership with demonstrated ability in both solution and relationship selling.
This varied role also sees you playing a role as a bit of a coach imparting your wisdom and experience to the rest of the sales team.
This role is 100% Work From Home and you will have colleagues all over the world to leverage their experience and expertise.
You will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced role with a ‘Hunter mentality’ using all of your skills to hunt new and farm existing business opportunities all across Australia.
Armed with proven sales experience, you not only know how to create strategies but also execute tactics in order to reach the key decision-makers throughout organisations.
This role will be a mix of chasing leads as well as generating your own through farming existing networks and opportunities as well as cold calling.

About You?
  • You have several years of professional experience in Key Account and Enterprise Sales
  • You will have demonstrated experience in a senior sales role, being able to map accounts to identify decision-makers and influencers.
  • You are adept in building a sales strategy encompassing opportunities in both Enterprise and SME markets
  • Proven negotiation sills, as well as impeccable communication across all disciplines is a must!
  • You are a strong relationships builder, able to consult and ask the right questions to identify needs and have an advanced understanding of solutions sales methodology.
  • You have exceptional sales tenacity and are a self-starter who thrives on building business and also leading from the front for others to follow.
  • Given the sector and industry, a level of empathy and connection will also be vital to your success in the position
  • Experience in the technology industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
