The Position & Company

With 200+ employees, you will be joining an industry-leading software company which prides itself on changing lives and having a genuine impact on the social services industry. 
  
Due to exponential company growth we are seeking a results-driven Sales Leader with a natural ability to coach and mentor others. You thrive off the energy of others and seeing your team succeed, leading them to high levels of performance.
In this role you will lead a growing team of 5 Sales Executives around Australia responsible for bringing in new business across states and territories.
  
This role is 100% Work From Home and you will have colleagues all over the world to leverage their experience and expertise.
  
After a detailed training of the product, you will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced role developing sales strategy and business plans that will see you and your team achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  
You will mentor your sales team on strategic selling methodologies, account management, business development and planning, also assisting with client presentations, contract negotiation and proposals where appropriate.
  
  
About You?
  • You have 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a solution and strategic selling environment
  • B2B software sales or telco experience will be highly regarded
  • You are a strong leader of people with a growth mindset looking to grow a team of motivated and ambitious enterprise-level sales professionals.
  • Experience in selling to the not-for-profit sector
  • You have demonstrated experience in creating business plans, territory mapping and developing sales pipelines
  • Proven negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills across all disciplines is a must!
  • Given the sector and industry, a level of empathy and connection will also be vital to your success in the position
