SMAART Recruitment are excited to be working with an awesome digital marketing consultancy. These guys are centrally located in the Melbourne CBD and are a boutique agency who pride themselves on their team and their workplace culture. We are searching for their next Digital Project Manager - someone who is ready to take that step forward from their current role, or someone who is eager for a fresh opportunity. 

Whether previously a marketing coordinator, an account manager or a project manager, this role is for someone who has experience in digitally-led projects. You will be managing a portfolio of organisations and working through their campaign based projects. This is a role where you can put your creativity to use, and show of your skills in areas like website design, social marketing and interpreting data and analytics.

Duties in this role  
  • Assisting in all shapes and sizes of digital and data led projects
  • CMS updates and client website deign and supports
  • Defining and scoping projects with the client and wider team
  • Suggesting creative solutions to client’s problems
  • Communicating with stakeholders frequently
  • Manage and monitor projects through the studio
  • Build day to day relationships with creative, media & other external partners
  • Preparing quotes and managing commercial documentation
  • Preparing project plans for client and internal team tasks
  • Attending frequent meetings with the client
 
 About you 
  • Project Management software and processes is a must
  • Digital agency experience highly regarded
  • Wordpress experience desirable
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • A strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keenness to learn detailed project delivery in a digital agency environment
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and autonomy
  • A team player
