Located in the Northern Suburbs you would be working for a leading cabinetry manufacturing business that were born right here in Adelaide and have been around for decades. They are on the lookout for a switched-on, data entry candidate who has experience with inputting customer orders into a sales database.
  
On offer is a competitive salary AND onsite car parking, working a 3 day week. Initially you will work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday for your training period. Once you’re comfortable and find your feet in the role, you will be in the office Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

What does a typical day look like?
  • Daily data entry, processing of all customer orders into our internal sales database
  • Provide the Showroom Consultants with customer required quotations
  • Proof reading customer order forms and recognising when additional information is required or if information is incorrect
  • Liaising with customers in a professional manner via phone, email or face to face to discuss product information on customer order forms when required to complete order process
  • General administration support as needed with co-workers
  
  
What are we looking for?
  
Previous experience in the Joinery/Cabinetry Industry is essential
  
With a background in Customer Service and Administration, you will pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be confident adapting to and connecting with different clientele and have exceptional listening skills. 
  
Ideally you will:
  • Prioritise multiple tasks without compromising quality
  • Be vigilant - Accuracy and excellent attention to detail is a MUST
  • You are tech savvy and able to navigate multiple software’s
  • Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously and when needed, but also collaborate with your team
  • Confidently and effectively communicate with customers to clarify queries
