Your new role is for someone who has a desire for internal growth opportunities and has the ability to identify and capture business requirements and improvements not only for the Business Centre however across the business as a whole.
You will be responsible for ongoing business performance monitoring, reporting, report development, sales dashboards, dialler administration and call lists, scheduling of outbound campaigns, analysis and insights, and financial modelling of the emerging business opportunities for the Business Centre.

As a Performance & Insights Analyst, you will require commercial agility, a nose for inconsistencies, the ability to go beyond the analysis of data to arrive at true business insight, and the presence to support the senior leaders in a robust commercial decision making.
The ideal candidate is someone who wants to take the next step in their career and has a strong understanding of Contact Centre metrics who is looking for the opportunity to use their experience, knowledge and most importantly has the vision, passion and scope for growth. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work autonomously in a high-pressure role. 

This is a full-time position with a salary base of $65,000 + Super, huge scope for growth and working with a progressive thinking and supportive team. You will also have the luxury of an extensive handover.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an analyst, reporting or forecasting role
  • Be an Excel and PowerPoint guru
  • Proficient in SQL & Python  
  • Database Management, Sales Reporting, Dialler Administration & Forecasting
  • Knowledge of Genesys & Power BI is a nice to have
  • Related tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
