What’s the role?
  
We are looking for a professional and caring customer support representative to deliver the ultimate client experience. As part of the role, you will be assisting with administrative duties, troubleshooting, and invoices. You will also be guiding customers through their enquiries over the phone, via email, and face-to-face. In turn, allowing you to offer personalised support from start to finish.
  
The ideal candidate:
  
Utilise your friendly and personable charm in a role that is based on building relationships and providing the best experience. We are looking for someone who has genuine desire to deliver on their promise and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional and efficient work manner. Excellent written and verbal communication and the capability to handle difficult customer quires are also required.
  • Previous Customer service and/or Call Centre Experience
  • Professional Computer comprehension, with Microsoft Business central
