We are currently on the lookout for 2 Customer Service Consultants to be the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat and social media. These roles will also include data entry and processing and communication with external third parties. 

If successful, you will be working for a well-known, growing, DELICIOUS food delivery service who are partnered with some of the best restaurants around Melbourne and Sydney.

This is a very fast-paced and growing position so we are looking for adaptable people who know how to prioritise their time. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail with exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills. 
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Deadline focused with strong multi-tasking skills 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Previous experience within hospitality is a huge bonus!
