We are proud to partner with a market leader within the utilities space. These guys have offices based in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Their HQ is in Hawthorn East which is where your new role will be based. 

We are on the lookout for an engaging and committed Team Leader to join their Customer Service team. 

When you join the business, you will be given all the tools and training you need to succeed. You will work closely with the Customer Service Lead, a call centre expert who will be able to guide and mentor you. 

This role is permanent full time. You will work closely with a mentor and leader who can help you take your skills to the next level.

The role

Your new role will see you work closely with the Contact Centre Manager to coach, develop and lead a team of 15 Consultants.

You will work with consultants to help them achieve one key outcome - great quality conversations and positive experiences for their customers. 

There is huge scope for this role in terms of growth as the business is growing. There is also room for quality assurance, operation and process improvements.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years experience leading a customer service team within the utilities (electricity ideal) space 
  • Customer service and quality focused - they don't do silly KPI's but they do care about our customer service! 
  • Demonstrated understanding of contact centre operational foundations - employee engagement, quality assurance, performance management, business process improvements
