The role

This role will see you take charge of all things customer service. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers so ensuring that the highest level of service is provided at all times is a must!
Working within a fun, collaborative and supportive team you will:
  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls
  • Allocate and schedule work orders 
  • Liaise with customers, Property Managers and clients
  • Ensuring that daily work schedules for trade staff are accurately recorded and all information and job notes are up to date

The ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a face-to-face or phone-based customer service role. You have high attention to detail, you're methodical and driven.

Key requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working within a customer-facing or phone-based Service environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Desire to grow, develop and succeed!
  • Above all - you have a great sense of initiative and always happy to help where you can
