Your new role will be working for one of Australia's most exciting and fastest-growing online companies founded in 2014 by 2 local Melbournians who have taken their company to the next level and are well recognised in the market. Not only have they been awarded for innovative product design, recommended by Choice in 2018, 2019, and 2020, and have in excess of 3500 5 star reviews they most importantly pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Due to continued success, we are assisting them with the expansion of their customer service team and looking for true customer-centric specialists.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing customer enquiries across a number of different channels: phone, email, social media, LiveChat, online, and face to face
  • Educating the customers is key to this role, not selling 
  • You will average 50-60 conversations per day
  • Follow up with customers for feedback on service and product
  • Managing any issues that arise and follow through to resolution
  • Be part of the greater team and assist in other departments within the organisation: assist with picking, packing, and wrapping of accessories, manage the showroom floor from time to time, and the general day-to-day running of the business to ensure all customer's expectations are met.
  • Flexibility is required between Monday to Sunday to work on a rotating roster
  • Currently located on the fringe of Richmond however relocating to bigger and better premises beginning of July to vibrant Prahran.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience working in a retail customer-facing role or Inbound Customer Service where the customer experience was the main focus
  • Exceptional rapport-building and storytelling skills
  • Able to work in a team with like-minded peers and go above and beyond 
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8.00 am-6.30 pm and Saturday and 8.30 am-4.00 pm (You will work a 37.5 hr week)
  • Tech-savvy with social media experience
  • Grit and resilience - when it gets a little tough to be able to stay strong and positive 
  • Someone who takes pride in their appearance with exceptional communication skills
