The Opportunity
  
We are on the hunt for multiple Customer Service champions to start in an inbound contact centre customer service position, joining one of Australia’s leading online education providers.
  
You will be joining a brand who has a strong commitment to encouraging and supporting individuals to grow and a vision and mantra of exceeding the expectations of EVERY one of their customers. 

Located in the CBD you will be in a state-of-the-art contact centre, close to public transport and shopping with a full-time salary of 58K+super.
  
This exciting, new opportunity is perfect for those of you wanting to deliver genuine customer service in a fun and diverse role! You are not afraid of a fast paced and in fact thrive in the go-go-go type of environment where no one day is ever the same!
  
Training is provided enabling further career development, these roles are Monday to Friday within the hours of 6.30am–7.30pm so there are no late nights or weekend work.

These are 12 month fixed term contract positions with the likelihood of being extended and made permanent full-time ongoing for the right candidate.


The role

You will join a small team of highly skilled customer service representatives, growing your skillset and advancing your career providing superior end to end customer service.

Your day will consist of taking inbound phone calls, emails and chats from an existing and potential client base across Australia. You will be required to have an ability to prioritise, think on your feet and find quick answers as this department takes ALL general enquiries for the organisation.  
  

What do we need?
  
To be a SUCCESSFUL candidate, you will demonstrate the attributes outlined as below:
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills including the ability to relate to a diverse range of people
  • The ability to listen, ask questions and problem solve with a focus on finding fast solutions
  • 2 years of proven experience working in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment will be highly regarded
  • Professional communication and interpersonal capabilities (written and verbal)
  • High-level attention to detail and phone mannerisms
  • Reliable work ethic and aptitude in learning new knowledge including the use of multiple systems
  • Most importantly, a positive attitude with a determination to get it done!

When do you start?

The start date for this role will be the mid-January with interviews commencing immediately.
