The job
Your new role will see you join an established team making outbound calls having real conversations with clients in aged care and disability services. Reaching out to existing clients to provide ongoing support and updating databases will be your primary task so empathy and the ability to build rapport quickly will be key in your success.

Key Requirements
  • Must have a current Working with Children Check
  • Must have a NDIS Worker Check
  • Experience in customer service (phone-based customer service will be looked upon favourably)
  • Above all else a genuine and caring attitude.
Due to the nature of these roles, only applicants who have a current WWCC and NDIS Worker check will be considered.
