One of the world’s most successful companies in innovative underground network access are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team located in Breakwater, Geelong.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be the go-to person for customer enquiries made to the Brisbane site along with providing admin and sales support.

This is an important position that requires a self-motivated, driven and switched-on Coordinator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to make sure deadlines and promises are met.

The Role:
  • Accurate and timely response to queries from customers either by telephone, email or face to face
  • Coordinate product deliveries via third party logistics companies
  • Process purchase orders and generate invoices
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
About You:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience within Industrial, Building, Logistics
  • Efficient and effective planning and time management with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Confident in navigating multiple systems and strong data entry ability
