Work for a company with the community at its core with profits going back to the people! Due to recent company merger, growth & the rollout of new campaigns, we are on the lookout for 15 x Customer Service Consultants starting on the 18th of January!

You will be taking incoming calls relating to all things mobile & internet related - troubleshooting, dealing with billing issues etc. These are permanent roles with full-time and part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) positions up for grabs! With their office open Monday-Sunday, 8AM-8PM you will be working on a rotating roster with great penalty rates available for weekend work & overtime. 

You will be working in a supportive, inclusive culture in the Moruya office where you will have great training and development opportunities. There is plenty of career progression available from Team Leader, Quality Assurance, Employment Care positions & much more!

To be successful for this position, you must be customer service superstar! Prior experience in contact centres, hospitality & retail is highly regarded.
