Due to a recent company merger, growth & the rollout of new campaigns, we are on the lookout for 4 x Customer Service Consultants starting in April!

You will be taking incoming calls relating to all things mobile & internet related - troubleshooting, dealing with billing issues etc. These are permanent roles with part-time or casual (minimum 30 hours per week with flexibility) positions up for grabs! With their office open Monday-Sunday, 8AM-8PM you will be working on a rotating roster with great penalty rates available for weekend work & overtime.

To be successful for this position, you must be customer service superstar! You will pride yourself on your computer/telecommunication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will also show a high level of empathy and resilience whilst having exceptional listening and rapport building skills. Prior experience in contact centres, hospitality & retail is highly regarded.
