We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour + super, a rotating roaster (opening hours being Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm) & have a start date of the 1st of March. 

What we are looking for:

• Experience within Banking ideal but not a must

• Previous experience in a contact centre & a similar role

• A genuine passion for providing the best possible customer service & helping others

• A positive attitude

• Excellent communication skills

What the role entails:

• Handling all inbound enquiries relating to troubleshooting & digital/technical support

• Providing excellent customer service all day, every day

• Data entry/administration
