The role

As a customer service consultant, you will be talking to customers all across Australia. Each call will be different, requiring you to be able to listen, make friendly conversation and understand and respond accordingly. You will also be required to make bookings and update records on the database after each call.
There are multiple opportunities available to start on a 3-month temporary contract working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. There will be potential for permanency later down the track.

Key requirements 

First and foremost, we are looking for enthusiastic people who are genuinely driven by having meaningful conversations and giving back.
  • Previous experience working within a customer service focused role is essential 
  • You must be an effective communicator both verbally and also written 
  • Adept in learning new systems and technologies with an attitude towards learning
