Job description

Do you want to join one of Australia’s fastest growing energy retailers whilst working from home?  Due to recent expansion to Queensland & New South Wales, we are looking for multiple Customer Service Agents.

This is a full time permanent role, Monday - Friday from the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm with a generous salary package of $55Kinc.

Not only will you be working from the comfort of your own home but you will be in a supportive, inclusive culture where you will be fully trained, encouraged to grow and exposed to a dynamic and fun team environment.
  
Initial training will take place in the South Melbourne office with all necessary computer equipment provided.

To be successful for this position, you must have recent energy exposure and contact centre experience. You will also be customer focused, a good problem solver and naturally you are an empathetic person.
