The role

Customer Care Consultants will be responsible for picking up the phone and having educational conversations with a range of people nationwide. The aim of each call is to be booking appointments so we can have a healthier and more educated Australia.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves chatting with people and educating about looking after their health. You will thrive in a fast pace environment and with your natural ability to build rapport, you will feel like you're sitting right there with your customer! There are great progression opportunities for someone who may come from a face to face customer service or contact centre background.

What do you need to be successful?  
  
You must be willing to undergo or already hold an existing police clearance. 
  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilience and can pick up systems & processes quickly
