Based in South Melbourne, this small energetic and vibrant office is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their "Happiness Team" to jump on board and assist customers with after sales care.
About the role:
You will be making outbound calls once a purchase has been made to ensure all details are correct for delivery and then making a follow up call once delivery has been made to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase and to help navigate any potential issues that may have arisen.
Ability to provide high levels of customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and be adaptive to changing tasks
Ideally 2-3 years of customer service or administration experience.
Intermediate levels of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections & problem solve.
