The role
Working as part of a larger team, you will be on the phones having real conversations with the real-life savers, our donors! This will be a mixture of inbound and outbound enquiries as well as some appointment making.

This organisation is 90 years young and isn’t going anywhere so if you’re looking for a stable place to start or continue your career then this could be for you.

It’s time to work with a company that will offer you all of the above and real career opportunities. They actually have an in-house training program designed to give consultants the belief and confidence that they can develop and grow in all aspects of their career.

You will work a nice easy 9:00am-5:00pm for your first couple of months then across a 6-day roster between the hours of 6:30 am and 7:00pm on weekdays and 8:30am till 4:00pm Sat and Sun (penalty rates apply). Overtime available if you want it!

Key requirements 
  • First and foremost, we are looking for people who genuinely are driven by having meaningful conversations and giving back.
  • Previous experience working within a customer service focussed role is essential - Contact Centre experience is highly valued!
  • You must be an effective communicator both verbally and also written 
  • Adept in learning new systems and technologies with an attitude towards learning
