What's the role?

We are looking for multiple Customer Service consultants to join a fast-growing, award-winning business as part of their high performing, fun and collaborative Customer Care family. Located in the CBD, this office is conveniently close to public transport and all the great lunch hot spots.
Working hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and there may be the option to work the occasional weekend or public holiday for some extra pocket money!
This is a high-volume contact centre environment so Contact Centre experience is going to be highly regarded.

As a critical member of the Customer Care team, you will be answering all inbound phone calls as well as navigating an online ticketing system processing email enquiries.
You will show genuine care for the customer, taking ownership of questions and queries and ensuring their needs are met every time.
Every call is different, and it’s about having real conversations, listening with genuine empathy and using your problem-solving skills to ensure EVERY customer hangs up smiling!
  

What experience do I need? 

First and foremost, we are looking for people who genuinely strive to provide great customer service and are driven by outcomes.
  • Adaptability is as important as anything right now given the constantly changing landscape we are in.
  • Previous experience working within a Customer Service or Contact Centre position  
  • You must be an effective communicator both verbally and written and pride yourself on your active listening skills.
  • learning new systems and technologies will be an important part of your onboarding, so a desire to learn and grow is important
  • You will be a problem solver who genuinely wants to help others and be able to think outside of the square to find solutions.
  • Given the customer service nature of the role, your empathy and ability to walk a mile in your customers’ shoes will be imperative to your success.
