The role and company

Working within a small team you will primarily be responsible for answering inbound phone calls with customer queries, Scheduling orders/deliveries and liaising with tradespeople to coordinate services. 
On top of this you will also undertake a variety of customer-centric and administration tasks. Mix up your day with inbound phone calls and non-phone-related tasks and responsibilities.

This position is working 8:00am to 5:30pm and ideally suited to a candidate who has experience in a fast-paced environment either phone based or face to face customer service
