  • Rotating roster  between the hours of 8:00am - 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and one Saturday between 9:00am - 5:30pm

Currently, we are in the midst of rapid expansion which means we are looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Consultants to commence! 
  
The Opportunity:

Customer Service Consultants are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to new and existing clientele. Your day will be varied! With enquiries of new sign-ups through to member enquiries, bill queries and much more. No two days will be the same with a large focus on first call resolution! You will be based in Richmond, with second to none facilities including massage chairs & a slide to get you from the top floor to the bottom in seconds! 

About you: 

You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook of no job is too big or small. You can build rapport easily, you are motivated and you pride yourself on your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 

  • Previous Customer Service Experience (Call centre, retail & hospitality)
  • 12 months experience in a customer service role minimum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
  • Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
