We are proud to partner with a market leader within the utilities space. These guys have offices based in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Their HQ is in Hawthorn East which is where your new role will be based.
Due to growth, we are looking for 2 people to join their customer service team. Your new team are fun, supportive and welcoming. They won't be afraid to give you a hand if you need one.
When you join the business, you will be given all the tools and training you need to succeed. You will have the opportunity to buddy up with another colleague who will show you the ropes.
This role is permanent full time and is paying a salary of $45,000 - $50,000 + Super. We are looking for people to join right away so apply now!
The role
You will handle incoming phone calls and some emails from customers. The phone calls are generally enquiries surrounding customers accounts and any changes.
Your key focus is providing a great experience to customers and having quality conversations. There aren't ridiculous KPI's or metrics, we just want you to put customers first and do your best!
The team
These guys are different to your usual contact centre. They get that every call is different, so you're not monitored by average handling times or KPI's, they just ask that you do your best for every customer!
Key requirements
First and foremost we are looking for people who have a good attitude!
Previous experience working within a customer service focused role
You're an effective communicator and you love to help people
You are eager to learn and keen to grow within a business.
