You will be the first point of contact in their contact centre, where your days will be varied dealing with all kinds of questions about their products and services, general questions about the customer’s profile and making sure they are set up for success.

This position will come with an extensive 5 weeks of paid training which will get you up to speed with all of the company and their products, systems and the industry.

Role Requirements
  • At least 6 months Contact Centre or Customer Service experience  
  • An interest or passion for all things technology
  • The ability to work well under pressure and problem solve on the fly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to identify the customer’s needs and solve their problems in a quick and timely manner 
About the Role
  • $50,000 base + Super
  • 6 month contract with the possibility to go into a permanent position
  • 4-5 weeks of paid training, 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Rotating roster between 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday
  • A supportive environment, where they understand the challenges of working in a call centre
  • Central location, easily accessible by public transport
  • Office based position, but option to set you up to work from home, should it be required
