Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely in a team of 4 & be based in the Richmond office. Initial training will take place in Heidelberg.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in the customer service team. You will handle all queries via phone, email & web. In addition, you will assist the sales team, work on bespoke products. manage order life cycles, administration tasks, inventory management & much more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in a professional, positive and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve clearly communicated business goals and objectives.

Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start & either based in the office or work from home depending on Melbourne's lockdown. 

About you:
• 4-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing/supply chain
• 2IC experience is prefered but not essential
• Confidence to handle complex complaints & difficult calls/emails
• A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
