Due to the growing number of new clients and more and more payments being made through their platform, they now are in need of 2 Customer Service and Administration Consultants to help with workflow.
As a Consultant, your role will be to call up receivers to double and triple-check their banking and personal information is correct and everything lines up to ensure the right funds end up in the right hands.
This role requires someone with:
This role is perfect for someone looking for 2-3 months work in between roles or someone who is looking for a full-time career in Fin-tech and looking to get their foot in the door. Although this position is casual at first it could lead to a full-time position for the right person.

Based in North Sydney, our client has been changing the way companies make and receive payments by using their cutting edge technology and good old fashion double-checking.Due to the growing number of new clients and more and more payments being made through their platform, they now are in need of 2 Customer Service and Administration Consultants to help with workflow.
As a Consultant, your role will be to call up receivers to double and triple-check their banking and personal information is correct and everything lines up to ensure the right funds end up in the right hands.
This role requires someone with:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in a high volume call centre or sales position is highly desired
- A good understanding of basic technology platforms
- A keen eye and high attention to detail
- Great work ethic and professional manner
- Monday - Friday business hours
- North Sydney location, close to public transport, cafes and bars
- Full product training provided
- Make on average 70-100 calls a day
- $30.00ph + Super
- All tools of the trade provided
