Based in North Sydney, our client has been changing the way companies make and receive payments by using their cutting edge technology and good old fashion double-checking.

Due to the growing number of new clients and more and more payments being made through their platform, they now are in need of 2 Customer Service and Administration Consultants to help with workflow.

As a Consultant, your role will be to call up receivers to double and triple-check their banking and personal information is correct and everything lines up to ensure the right funds end up in the right hands.

This role requires someone with:
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Experience in a high volume call centre or sales position is highly desired
  • A good understanding of basic technology platforms 
  • A keen eye and high attention to detail
  • Great work ethic and professional manner 
About the position:
  • Monday - Friday business hours 
  • North Sydney location, close to public transport, cafes and bars
  • Full product training provided 
  • Make on average 70-100 calls a day
  • $30.00ph + Super 
  • All tools of the trade provided 

This role is perfect for someone looking for 2-3 months work in between roles or someone who is looking for a full-time career in Fin-tech and looking to get their foot in the door. Although this position is casual at first it could lead to a full-time position for the right person.
