Partnered once again with one of our favourite clients, we are looking for their newest team member to join their Client Services team. These guys are an exceptional organisation to work alongside with – specialising in promotional merchandise, relationship marketing & entertainment marketing. They pride themselves on their culture, and how they work collaboratively across their business.

This Customer Service & Administration role is responsible for inbound and outbound communications as well as assisting in general administration across various projects. You will be working alongside some leading Australian brands!

The ins and outs of the role…
  • Handling inbound telephone and voicemail enquiries
  • Managing customer service enquiries
  • Outbound customer service calls
  • Administrative support across the business
  • General ad hoc tasks that arise in the role
  
The successful candidate will…
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a clear and concise phone manner
  • Be customer-centric in all that they do
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have an ability to multi-task, and manage their time effectively
  • Have a can-do attitude, and willing to roll up their sleeves to assist with any task at hand.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • Be a team player, along with a great sense of humour is a must!
